He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2001. He completed his master’s degree in private law at Gazi University in 2005 and his doctorate in public law at Ankara University in 2016.

He worked as a lawyer in the public sector for 17 years.

He is married with two children.

He is fluent in English and intermediate German.
